If you choose to sleep in your jewellery, comfort will depend on the style, size and placement. Flatback labrets can be particularly comfortable for everyday wear, while larger, heavier or more decorative pieces may be better removed before sleeping to avoid unnecessary pressure, snagging or damage.
After exercise or exposure to sweat, we recommend cleaning your jewellery regularly and keeping the area around your piercing clean and dry.
