How do I clean and care for my jewellery?

For regular cleaning, use warm water and a small amount of mild, fragrance-free soap. Soak your jewellery for around 2–5 minutes, then gently clean the posts, backs, settings and any small crevices using a soft toothbrush or clean cotton bud.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue, then dry completely with a soft, lint-free cloth or clean paper towel before wearing or storing your jewellery.

Avoid toothpaste, bleach, vinegar, boiling water, harsh chemical cleaners and abrasive materials, as these can scratch or affect the surface, stones or finish of your jewellery.

For jewellery worn every day, we recommend a regular clean around once a week. It's also a good idea to rinse and dry your jewellery after swimming, exercise or heavy exposure to skincare and other products.

When not in use, keep your jewellery somewhere clean, cool and dry, and ideally store pieces separately to help prevent scratching.
