Unfortunately pierced earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Pierced earrings are earrings that go through an actual piercing hole (examples: earrings, barbells, labrets, curved barbells, huggies, hoops and clickers). However, most of our piercings are interchangeable and the bars can be swapped around (regardless of original bar type, gauge, length purchased).
First, make sure to check the product you have purchased is interchangeable, and to which threading type.
This information can be found on the product page written as "Interchangeable with ____ bar". If this information is not written down, it means that the product is not interchangeable.
All interchangeable products are unscrewable in 3 parts: Design - Bar - Ball.

The bars should be fairly easy to change by yourself at home. Please note that Barbell Bars are screwed in tightly, so you will need the help of some flat nose pliers for proper grip.
If you are not comfortable changing the bars by yourself, you can send the items back to us at your own expense, we will change the bars for you free of charge. Reshipping fee is Free for UK Customers and £10 for International Customers.
