Do I need to be at home to receive my parcel?

Not usually. Our parcels are designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so you will generally not need to be at home to receive your order.

However, if your delivery requires a signature, someone will need to be available to receive the parcel. If no one is available, please follow the instructions provided by the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.

For deliveries that do not require a signature but cannot be delivered through your letterbox, the courier may leave the parcel in a designated safe place or provide instructions for redelivery or collection.
