We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will usually be dispatched on the following working day. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
If you select Next Working Day delivery, your order must be placed by 1pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods, such as promotions, public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual. Next Working Day delivery cannot be guaranteed during peak periods or in the event of postal service disruptions.
