Referral rewards are intended for referring new customers to With Bling. A referral may be blocked or not rewarded if our system identifies activity that does not meet the referral requirements.
This may include:
- The referred customer has previously placed an order with With Bling
- The referrer and referred customer use the same or similar email addresses
- A high number of referrals are made from the same IP address
- Other activity is identified as potentially ineligible or fraudulent
If you believe your referral has been blocked or not rewarded in error, please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to look into it.
