Why was my Order Cancelled?

There are several reasons as to why your order may have been cancelled and refunded. The item(s) you have purchased may be sold out or discontinued. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your shipping address. We may also refuse to accept an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

If your order is cancelled for any of these reasons, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up 3-7 business days depending on the method of your payment.
