My package was Returned to Sender!

If your shipping address was incorrect, parcel was declined, not picked up from your local Post Office depot within the holding period, or any fees including taxes and duties have not been paid, your parcel will be returned back to us.

We will contact you via email when we receive your package. You have 48hrs to contact us back regarding your order. If this time frame has passed you will then be ineligible for any refunds. If we have not contacted you regarding your package being sent back to us, this means that we have not received anything yet.

A reshipping fee of £2 (UK Customers) / £10 (International Customers) will be charged to the customer.

If you do not wish for the package to be resent, or you choose to refuse your parcel for any reason, you will receive a partial refund (excluding original shipping fees and £3 processing fee). Please note that custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable. The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcels.
