Parcels may be returned to us for a number of reasons, including an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the parcel not being collected, delivery being refused, or unpaid import duties or taxes.
If your parcel is returned to us for any of these reasons, you can choose to have your order resent. A new delivery charge of £2.95 for UK orders or £10.95 for international orders will apply.
If you do not wish to have your order resent, you can request a partial refund. The outbound delivery cost and any additional return charges incurred may be deducted from your refund, including where your order originally qualified for free delivery.
Returned for another reason
If your parcel is returned for a reason outside of your control, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number. We will review the return and advise you on the next steps.
Refunds and reshipments can only be processed once the returned parcel has been received by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
