My Card was Charged but I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation

If you did not receive an order confirmation after checkout, then you may have entered the wrong email address, or your order never went through.

If you have entered the wrong email address, please contact our Customer Care Team so we can resend the order confirmation to the correct email address.

If you experienced an error whilst checking out, a transaction may appear as a pending charge (pre-authorization) for 7-10 business days before your bank or card provider verifies that the amount was never taken from our end, once verified they will remove that charge and credit back your account. If you are still experiencing problems after this period, please call your bank or card provider to double check with them.
