Upon receiving your parcel, we will inspect that it is eligible for a refund. If approved, your cost of goods, minus delivery charges (exceptions may apply) will be processed and reimbursed to the original method of payment.
We will process your refund within 2-5 working days of receipt. The transaction process may take another 3-7 working days depending on the original method of payment.
We will not email you upon receipt of your return. We will only email you to confirm that the refund has been processed.
If you haven't received a refund after these dates, first check your bank / paypal account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Please Note: All returned parcels must include a note inside with your Full Name and Order Number. Otherwise, it will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all.
