Our grace period for order amendments and cancellations is 1 hour from placing the order.
Please contact our Customer Care Team with all details about how you would like your order amended or if you would like to cancel your order. We will do our best to help you.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that we can update your order details including addresses due to our packaging and shipping processes.
Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. If your package is returned to us for any reason, it will incur an additional shipping charge of £2 (UK Customers) / £10 (International Customers) for the parcel to be reshipped.
If you do not wish for the package to be resent, or you choose to refuse your parcel for any reason, you will receive a partial refund (excluding shipping fees and £3 processing fee). The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcels.
