Yes. Sale and discounted items can be returned provided they are eligible for return and meet our return requirements.
This includes eligible items purchased during a sale or promotion, or using a discount code.
Our usual return exclusions still apply. For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned, including when purchased on sale or with a discount.
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet our return eligibility requirements.
