If you've ordered the wrong size, your options will depend on whether the item is eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewellery cannot be returned, including if the wrong size or gauge has been ordered. We recommend checking the product measurements and your required size carefully before placing your order.
If you've ordered the wrong labret post length or gauge, you do not need to repurchase the whole item. We sell spare labret bars separately in a range of sizes for compatible internally threaded jewellery.
