Original delivery charges are not normally refunded for returns made under our 30-day returns policy.
Where required by applicable consumer law, the cost of our standard delivery service will also be refunded. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, any additional delivery cost will not normally be refunded.
Return postage is separate from the original delivery charge. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of eligible unwanted items.
