How do I return an item?

To return an eligible item, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete our Returns Form Submit our Returns Form with your order and return details.
2. Wait for return approval Our Customer Care Team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send your return before receiving these instructions.
3. Package your return securely Make sure the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. If you are returning a set or bundle, all items included in the set or bundle must be returned.
4. Send your return Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage of eligible unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit on their way back to us.
5. Wait for your refund Once your return has been received and approved, we aim to process your refund to your original payment method within 2 working days. Please allow an additional 3–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
